Nataliia Cohen is a Commercial Real Estate agent working with multifamily assets with Fortis Commercial Advisors which she joined in 2015. Nataliia has an extensive real estate background including development and construction in the residential and commercial property sectors since 2010. Prior to joining Fortis, Nataliia was a structural steel project estimator with Ramcast Steel Fabrication, working on numerous high profile projects such as the UCLA South Medical Tower, Pico Rivera Library, and various projects for Kaiser Permanente. Nataliia also worked on the expansion of the world famous KOI restaurant and a number of single family residential projects in Beverly Hills, CA. Other real estate development endeavors include the management of multifamily development projects for 21st Century Communities, a development firm owned by Nataliia’s family including projects like a 450 unit complex in Memphis, TN, and an 80 unit complex in Flint, MI. Nataliia holds a Business degree of Management in Marketing, Advertising and PR form Dnipropetrovsk National University, Ukraine. Nataliia volunteers to support the International Exchange & Education programs for students and professionals worldwide with the World Affairs Council of Las Vegas.
