Recognizing a growing need for investment advisory to banks, secondary market loan purchasers, and commercial property investors as part of the changing real estate environment, brothers Dean Jalili and Frank Jalili founded Fortis Commercial Advisors in 2007. Prior to founding Fortis, Dean and Frank were real estate brokers at the Las Vegas office of a large national firm, with a primary focus on investment sales. As principals of Fortis, Dean and Frank have handled hundreds of commercial real estate transactions, and together provide 25+ years of combined experience in the Las Vegas market.
