After a busy couple of weeks marked with the $87,000,000 sale of Best in the West shopping center by Weingarten to Vestar and the $89,059,000 Hughes Airport Center sale, CRE closings slowed considerably during the holiday shortened week. The 2 largest transactions were a pair of mini storage facilities including the Stor-Mor Mini Storage located at 4680 West Craig Road ($7,000,000) and Lone Mountain Storage at 4850 North Jones Blvd ($9,000,000).
